  Can  a gift certificate be returned for a refund?                                                                                                                                    

If you purchased a gift cetificate and wish to not use it, you'll receive a refund to the original payment method. You'll need the order number to complete the returns process; this can be found on the packing slip. If you don't have an order number, please contact us.

Gift recipients won't be eligible for refunds on a gift certificate. Recipients may only use a gift certificate to purchase items at our store or online. Returns of items purchased using a gift certificate are handled through our return policy. 

Can a product purchased with a gift certificate be returned for a refund or exchanged?

Gift recipients and gift givers may return items purchased through a Good For You Naturally gift certificate, even if the order wasn't marked as a gift when it was purchased. Please see our returns policy
