I would like to place an order over the phone. How can I do that?

You can place an order over the phone by calling during our Customer Care Center hours.

Monday-Saturday 10am-6 pm. est.

Sunday 10am -5 pm est.

How do I use the Shopping Cart?

The Good For You Naturally Shopping Cart was designed to protect your privacy, accuracy of your order and security. We are a BigCommerce Secure Site, which means your confidential information is also protected. 


Adding Items to the Shopping Cart To add any item to your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" or "Buy" button when displayed next to a product. If you should change your mind as you shop, you can always remove an item later during the checkout process. 

Changing Quantities If you wish to change the quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new quantity in the quantity field for that product and click on "Update Quantities". You must click on "Update Quantities" in order for the information to be saved. 

Checking out When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your shopping cart, click on "Checkout" to send us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation email. It's that easy!

When is my credit card charged for the order I've placed?

We do not charge your credit or debit card for any items until your order has processed.

How do I remove items or cancel my order if I have already placed my order?
You may remove items or cancel your order within 15 minutes of the time you placed your order.

Can I change the shipping address after I place an order?
 
You may change the shipping address on your order within 15 minutes of the time you placed your order.

If all or part of my order is backordered, how is that handled?

If any of your items are on backorder, we will ship your in-stock items immediately and your out-of-stock items as soon as they are available - at no additional shipping charge to you. You are not charged for backordered items until they ship.

How can I track my order?

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order. 

If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Just call 1-855-881-4663.

 I already know the item numbers of the products I want. Is there a fast way to order?

Yes! If you know the specific items you want to purchase, including the item numbers, you can simply click on the Express Lane Shopping link, enter the item numbers and quickly proceed to the check out.

1. Click on the My Account option at the very top of the home page.

2. Log in using your email address and password.

3. View your order history.

Can I be set up to receive items I want to buy regularly and have them shipped automatically?

Yes! Our autoship program is the most convenient & easy way to get your favorite products delivered to your doorstep, automatically. Here is how:

Is there tax charged on my order?

Florida residents are subject to a sales tax on all personal care products, aromatherapy, pet products, appliances and books. 

Nevada residents are subject to a sales tax on all items. 

North Carolina residents are subject to a sales tax on all items and shipping charges.
