What are Good For You Naturally.com's domestic shipping policies?

 

Standard shipping on any size order (regardless of weight or cost) calculated by weight and height.


Orders placed by 4 p.m. Monday - Friday will ship the same day! We always ship in-stock items immediately and ship any backordered items when they become available at no additional charge.

To expedite the delivery of your items, we may need to divide your order into two or more shipments - at no additional charge. It is possible that your packages could be shipped from either one (or both) of our distribution centers.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivers in 3-6 business days
  • Monday - Saturday delivery
  • Packages weighing 9 lbs or less will be delivered via USPS
  • Packages weighing more than 9 lbs will be delivered via UPS
  • Rural areas may take additional time
  • Delivery to PO Boxes will always be from USPS

USPS Priority Mail

  • Delivers in 3-5 business days
  • Monday - Saturday delivery

UPS Ground

  • Delivers in 2-5 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Available in select areas

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Delivers in 2 business days
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping

UPS Next Day

  • Delivers in 1 business day
  • Monday - Friday delivery
  • Orders must be placed by 1:00pm Monday - Friday for expedited shipping.

What are Good For You Naturally.com's international shipping policies?

We currently ship only to the United States. However, we plan to offer International Orders and Shipping soon.

When will my order ship?

Domestic orders placed by 4 p.m. Monday - Friday on in-stock items will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days, pending verification of billing information and the shipping method selected (applies to the 48 contiguous states only). 

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday. For expedited shipping, orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Monday - Friday. 

To accelerate the delivery of orders containing out-of-stock items, we may need to divide your order into two or more separate shipments - at no additional charge. It is possible that your packages could be shipped from either one (or both) of our distribution centers, but will not necessarily ship the same day.

Where is my order shipping from?


Orders are packaged and shipped from our distirubtion center in Keller VA.

If one or more items is on backorder, when will I receive my order?

If any of your items are on backorder, we will ship your in-stock items immediately and your out-of-stock items as soon as they are available - at no additional charge to you

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.

If you did not provide us with an email address, please keep your Order Confirmation number readily available from time of purchase. Our Customer Care Center will be able to track your package for you. Call 1-855-881-4663.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes. When ordering online, you have the option of entering a separate shipping address. For phone orders, simply notify the customer service associate that you wish to ship your order to another address.

How are orders shipped to FPO, APO and PO Boxes?

Orders being shipped to FPO, APO and PO boxes are delivered via USPS, regardless of weight

What if I entered my address incorrectly?

Additional charges will be applied if the delivery address is incorrect, or if the package needs to be forwarded to a different location.

Virginia residents are subject to a sales tax on shipping charges.

 Can I receive the same products shipped automatically to me every month?

Yes. With the convenience of our AutoShip! program, you can have your favorite products delivered to your doorstep at pre-selected intervals.

Are there any restrictions on Air Shipping?

Most of our packages are delivered by a combination of air and ground transportation. The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) restricts air shipment of certain items, which it believes could contribute to an onboard fire or other mishap. Restricted items typically fall into one of two categories: 

  • Aerosol-type products in pressurized spray cans, such as hairspray and shaving cream.
  • Products that contain flammable, volatile, or corrosive chemicals, such as nail polish and nail polish remover.

 However, none of our products contain items in these restricted categories.
